Sometimes you need to return stuff, that's cool. It happens to us too. We really want you to come to us for all your paintball gear, so we try to be as fair as possible with returns and cancellations. So after you order keep the following in mind to make the process as smooth and quick as possible for each of us.
- Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
- You cannot cancel your order if it has already been sent.
- Customer MUST complete the cancellation form, or the order will be processed. To cancel your order, click here. Your order is not cancelled until you receive confirmation.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you may return any unused, unopened or defective merchandise for an
immediate exchange or store credit. We guarantee all merchandise for
365 days from the receipt of shipment.
- BEFORE MAILING PRODUCT you MUST get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) or the return will be refused.
- After you receive a RMA#, you will be contacted by us with further instructions.
- If you are instructed to return the product, we must receive the product within 14 days, or the refund will be refused.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee depending on the product condition.
- All refunds are given in the form of an in store credit.
- Customer pays all shipping charges for trade-ins.
- If your purchase was made through Paypal, any refunds issued will have the Paypal fees deducted from the total refund amount.
You may return most items sold by paintballgear.ca within 365 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 365 days after delivery.
- Any opened goggles or lenses (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
