You can pay in a variety of ways including credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, or Interac Online. PayPal and Interac are charged at the time the order is placed, while credit cards do not get charged until the order ships. What is your return and refunds policy?
We guarantee complete satisfaction and 365 Day Returns. If at any time - now, next month, or a year from now you're not 100% satisfied, send your gear back. No questions asked (well, if your marker has been wrapped around a tree, maybe a couple).
What if I order items on backorder?
We evaluate the ETA from the supplier. We will hold orders for items due to arrive within a few days, or call/email to suggest replacement items in stock. If out of stock items are not due to arrive soon, a partial shipment will be sent. There will be no charge for the second shipment once the items arrive.
What if I need to change my order?
We can change items in any order as long as you contact us by phone, prior to it leaving our warehouse.
When will I get my items?
In-stock orders placed before 1PM (PST) weekdays leave our warehouse the same day; after 1PM (PST) ship next business day. Arrival time depends on the shipping method (ground or air) and delivery address. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship with both Canada Post and Purolator and require signatures for most orders.
How is sales tax determined for my order?
Sales tax is calculated based on where the order is being shipped. i.e. BC pays 12% HST, AB pays 5% GST, Ontario pays 13% HST, etc. The tax listed on the Cart page is an estimate. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax.
Is my information secure?
Your information is 100% secure. Our site uses 256-bit encryption from a DigiCert High Assurance certificate. We have active hacker vulnerability monitoring and are PCI Compliant. Credit Card information is never stored on our servers.
How long will items stay in my cart?
Items placed in your cart will stay there forever as long as you are on the same computer, or are logged in. We do not reserve inventory until an order is actual placed.
